The ECPR General Conference 2021 Section on “The Contestation of EU Foreign Policy”, led by Franziska Petri (KU Leuven), Elodie Thevenin (Jagiellonian University), and Michèle Knodt (Technical University Darmstadt), endorsed by the ECPR Standing Group on European Union and organized through the COST Action Enter ‘EU Foreign Policy Facing New Realities’, is issuing a call for papers for contributions to five panels focusing on various areas of EU foreign policy and patterns of contestation therein. More details on the Section can be found below or on the ECPR website.
We invite researchers from various disciplines to submit paper abstracts (max. 500 words) to the chairs of the individual panels (see contact details below) by 4 February 2021. Please include the following information with your submission: a paper title, paper abstract (max. 500 words), 3-8 keywords, as well as the name, email address and institutions of authors. Acceptance to panels will be communicated around 05 February 2021. Successful papers will then be submitted to the Section by the respective panel chairs. Papers which could not be allocated to panels are still invited to submit their papers as individual submissions to our Section via the ECPR form.
